Important Instructions
Please read the prospectus carefully before applying for admission.
- 1. Register on our application portal with your email address (Click here to Register).
- 2. After registration, check your email ID to verify the e-mail id and activate your registration.
- 3. Log-in using your email ID and password.
- 4. Admission will be given on first-come first-serve on the basis of past academic record and performance.
- 5. Please ensure that you enter the correct data in your application form, incomplete forms will not be accepted.
- 6. Please ensure that you have with you scan copies of the following documents for uploading (size of the document should not exceed 2MB):
- Class X Marksheet.
- Recent Passport Size photograph (white background).
- Birth Certificate/Class X Admit Card/ Any other proof of birth.
- 7. After filling in the application form, candidates have to click on Save & Continue.
- 8. This will display the Admission portal where applicants can apply for honors in any subject.
- 9. The college will verify your documents after which you will receive an email regarding the status of your application.
- 10. Candidates who are shortlisted for admission are to pay the admission fees within 24 hours (non-refundable).
Methods of payment:
- 1. Modes of payment at the college are as follows:
- Online modes (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI)
- Offline mode (Via Challan generated from the website)
- 2. After payment of the fee, a copy of the transaction receipt (Student Name, Mode of payment, UTR no, date of payment, amount and Bank with Branch name) must be send by email to- admissionslkc@gmail.com or by Whatsapp to 9862228204.
- 3. Candidates will receive a notification in their mobile no or email regarding the acceptance of their admission.
- 4. Other details like date of commencement of classes will also be notified to the students by email.
- 5. You are also requested to check the college website www.ladykeanecollege.edu.in, for any update and notifications.
- 6. Failing payment within the stipulated time, the admission shall be cancelled automatically and the seat will be made available to other candidates.
- 7. At the time of joining the college, the candidates could be ask to produce Xerox copy (self-attested) of the following documents:
- X mark-sheet.
- Proof of date of birth.
- Caste/Tribe/ Community certificate if applicable
- Payment receipt.
- Migration certificate, if applicable (for students coming from outside MBOSE & NEHU).
- 8. Print out of the Online Anti-ragging Affidavit only for student pursuing degree courses (to be filled online by the students at http://antiragging.in).
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- 1. Payment of fees shall be made preferably through online or digital mode. Fees once paid will not be refunded back.
- 2. Fees may be paid on full amount at one time payment as per the amount mentioned in the prospectus.
- 3. In case of withdrawal of admission, fee shall not be refunded and one semester fee must be deposited before the transfer certificate is issued.
